Inspired by the expressive scenery of ‘Ramat Hagolan’, Pereh creates a new hospitality experience, by combining raw & luxurious, primal & prime, basic & high-end, earthly & refined. Pereh goes back to basics, connecting the ancient deep roots of eating and cooking, to the most basic things that connect us today to that ancient cultural place.
