Head Chef, Shahaf Shabtay’s roots are in Israel. He studied culinary arts and acquired his professional knowledge as a chef in Paris, and his heart and passion are in Asia. Shabtay presents a modern culinary approach, one that does not define the kitchen’s orientation through geographical areas, but through essence and experience. Mess is a collage created by his origins, experiences, travels, and desires. Connecting all different components to a new story. Shabtay is the conceptual backbone of the restaurant, which combines all different experiences into one encounter. Between the different cultures, each retains its unique characteristics.
